Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange. Please reach out to us if you are having any issues and we will try to work with you to resolve to your satisfaction. 

Communication is key. We want to help you and want you to be a happy return customer. In order for us to be able to help you quickly, be sure you contact us right away with any concerns or issues.

RETURNS-

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the invoice. To complete your return, we require a receipt or invoice proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping a Return

You must have a tracking number when returning any item. This is to protect the buyer so that we can see you did return the item and when it is to arrive back to us.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Reasons that refunds are rejected include but are not limited to: Items showing signs of wear or usage, tarnished items, exposure to water or have any odor from body lotions, perfumes, colognes etc. Items not received in original packaging and any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. You will be notified if you qualify for a partial refund.

If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

REPLACEMENT

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if you are reporting an item received as damaged.

 To replace it for the same item, please provide an image of the defective or damaged item within 24 hours of delivery at info@blessingsfromheaven7.com. Once we approve the replacement you will receive an email with replacement information.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blessingsfromheaven7.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
